Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Mimarix pricing.
What is a credit?
One credit = one floorplan generation. Each generation produces PNG, SVG, and DXF files for all floors of your project.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are valid for the current billing period. They do not roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
What formats do I get?
Free: PNG only. Starter: PNG + SVG. Professional: PNG + SVG + DXF. Studio: all formats including DWG.
Can I use the DXF files in AutoCAD?
Yes. DXF files are compatible with AutoCAD, DraftSight, BricsCAD, and any other DXF-compatible CAD software.
Is there an API?
API access is available on the Studio plan. Contact us for documentation and integration support.
What plot size units are supported?
Square Feet, Square Meters, and Acres — the standard units used across the US. Just describe your lot naturally and the AI understands it.
How accurate are the generated floorplans?
Our rule engine follows standard architectural ratios and room sizing guidelines. Plans are a starting point for refinement in your CAD software.
